Emergencies and crisis situations can occur with no warning.  Weather related emergencies such as hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, and severe thunderstorms are prone to occur in this area.  Amazing Grace Hospice™ has implemented procedures to make every effort to continue services during a crisis, disaster, or emergency situation.  To assist patients under our care and our own staff during any emergency, personnel are on call at all times. 

Amazing Grace Hospice will routinely monitor disaster-related news and information and will implement the plan emergency preparedness plan if necessary.  Our plan is designed to protect every person and to prepare our staff and volunteers to effectively handle communications and ensure the continuation of all required services.

In the case of a declared emergency, Amazing Grace Hospice may disclose needed health information to the American Red Cross, Emergency Management Agency, or other designated agency or association in the event of an emergency per our Emergency Preparedness Plan.
